Shipping + Returns
PROCESSING ORDERS / SHIPPING:
- Orders placed Monday - Friday are processed and shipped within two (2) business days. No orders are processed on Saturday or Sunday.
- Orders are shipped vis USPS Priority Mail® (Insured). You will receive an automated shipping confirmation email the day your order has shipped. USPS Priority Mail® (Insured) is generally 1 to 3 business days from the date of shipment confirmation from Doble P LLC. These are transit averages and are not guaranteed by the carrier.
- We advise the customer to use a secure shipping (delivery) address and to double-check the shipping address. Doble P LLC is not responsible for deliveries if the customer lists the wrong shipping address at checkout or the package is delivered to an unmonitored/unsecure location.
RETURNS:
- For any returns (except for “Final Sale” items) , customer must contact Doble P via our "contact page" or sending an email to doblepllc@gmail.com within ten (days) of the order's delivery with the order number and the item to be returned. Doble P will email the customer a "Return Confirmation Number" and instructions for shipping. Items returned without a "Return Confirmation Number" are not eligible for refund.
- After ten (10) days of the order's delivery, items cannot be returned.
- For an item to be returned it, it must be unused, undamaged, in original condition and have the Doble P return tag attached.
- Within ten (10) days of our receiving your return, your refund will be processed after an inspection and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund credit to post to your account.
- Note: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, and you are returning a product for a reason other than it being defective or different from what you actually ordered, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs that were waived by the free shipping policy.
